This policy describes how SortBnb handles data when you use sortbnb.shop, the Chrome extension, and the Pro license service.

Data we collect

• Pro license: license key (SDPRO-…), anonymous installation ID (UUID generated in the extension), activation status.
• Purchase: email and payment details processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
• Extension: collected listings stored locally in your browser (Chrome storage), except CSV export you trigger yourself.
• Support: content of emails sent to support@sortbnb.shop.

Purposes

• Activate and manage your Pro license (device limits, revocation).
• Email your key after purchase.
• Customer support and fraud prevention.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Contract performance (purchased license), legitimate interest (service security), and, where applicable, consent for optional communications.

Retention

License data: while the license is active, then limited archiving for accounting and disputes. Local extension data: until you delete it or uninstall the extension.

• Stripe (payments)

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: contact support@sortbnb.shop. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL in France).
